Project Overview

An international, value-focused fitness brand partnered with us to venture into the Middle East market, starting with Saudi Arabia.

The challenge was clear: achieve aggressive volume targets while preserving core values and unique selling propositions (USPs) as they penetrated extremely competitive regional market.

Our mandate was to deliver a complete solution architecture centered on a successful brand launch. This included creating genuine brand equity and audience/data segmentations, alongside a fully functional performance marketing campaign focused on driving new customer acquisition (getting new customers through the door).

Our Approach

The initial challenge was to make the fitness brand prosper within the right target audience, as it was a new market entrant in the KSA market.

A full-funnel 360° paid and organic advertising strategy was rolled out for a 3-month brand launch in the Kingdom (the first target country), followed by a strategic always-on campaign aimed to scale the brand both in terms of share of voice and customer acquisition.

With a tailored messaging approach highlighting the brand USPs (unique selling propositions), we focused on building intent with our primary objective of gathering a relevant audience to the website.

This was followed by action-oriented triggers and retargeting to acquire and retain gym members.
