The objective of the project was to establish a full-funnel performance marketing strategy that would increase visibility, engage the right audience, and convert interest into measurable sales, while also building first-party data and implementing solid tracking and analytics to avoid blind spots.
We implemented a full-funnel performance marketing strategy across social media platforms and Google Ads, targeting every stage of the user journey while emphasizing retargeting to drive conversions and strengthen first-party data.
The strategy included mapping the entire user journey to capture micro and macro conversions. To control spend and scale efficiently, new ad sets were launched monthly in the scaling CBO structure, with proven winners post-ID’d into their respective month and minimum spend limits set, ensuring newer winning ads got a chance to scale without being overshadowed by older high-engagement ads.
This approach delivered 7X ROAS within six months, establishing a profitable and scalable model for ongoing performance marketing.
